Educational Evaluations

Ascend Evaluations provides comprehensive educational evaluations designed to clarify learning, academic, cognitive, and school-related concerns.

Evaluations are conducted with a focus on objectivity, thoroughness, and adherence to established professional standards, providing clear and well-supported findings to inform educational planning, eligibility determination, services, and accommodations.

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) are conducted by qualified evaluators who are independent of the student’s school district to provide an objective assessment of a student’s cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional functioning.

These evaluations are often requested by parents, attorneys, advocates, or educational teams to clarify eligibility for special education services, evaluate the appropriateness of educational programming, assess the adequacy of prior evaluations, and support educational decision-making.
